Registration

Registration for the 6th Semmering Vaccine Symposium taking place on October 11-13, 2018, will end on October 5, 2018.

Different available registration types:

Regular fee € 1.100.-

Includes accommodation and full board at the the Fleming’s Conference Hotel, attendance to the symposium, social program and welcome package with an abstract book.

Participation without accommodation € 700.-

Includes attendance to the symposium, welcome package with abstract book and social program (incl. lunch, coffee with snacks and dinner). Shuttle service from / to the Campus Vienna Biocenter will be provided.

Student € 250.-

Cancellation policy

There will be no penalty for any cancellations received on or before August 10, 2018. The full amount paid minus a handling charge (EUR 25.-) will be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 50 % of the registration fee plus the handling charge (EUR 25.-) will be applied for cancellations received from August 11, 2018, to September 10, 2018.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 10, 2018.
